Consultant Architect
My name is Níall and I have run my own architecture practice in Edinburgh since 2009, specialising in altering high-value properties. Most people I work for have never built anything or hired an Architect before, so I spend a lot of my professional life explaining the process.
I run a YouTube channel, Instagram account, TikTok profile and blog called Real Life Architect where I discuss the reality of designing, altering and extending homes in the UK.
I have over 40k followers and 900k monthly views across all four platforms.
